Seconds,Minutes,Hours,Days,and Weeks Later

Be Mine Time and Keep Me Still. The phrase of which I made up in a few seconds and painted in a few minutes on the top of my graduation cap. I am one of the millions of 2011 high school graduates out there. On June 3rd 2011, I walked across that stage with a grand feeling in my heart. After the fireworks went off and the balloons were released into the night sky, I took pictures with my friends and my family well I consider some of my friends my own separate family that makes my small family even bigger. Now seconds,minutes,hours,days,and weeks later I am bored out of my mind. I have no job yet and I am busy filling out papers for financial aid. That diploma gave me such joy and happiness but then I look at it in a different way and I think of "Yeah I accomplished High School but now I still have to deal with college and the real world." Not that I was living in a fantasy before but now I have to learn how to do things on my own. Its frightening but I have to face it someday, someday soon....I guess.
